Bayanihan is a Filipino term referring to the Filipino tradition where community members volunteer to help move a house to a new place by physically lifting it to its new location. Today, the term has evolved to mean the spirit of communal unity or effort to achieve a common objective. It is on these ideals that this project is founded. The Association elected its new set of officers for FY 2006-2007 last December 3 during its annual Christmas party. Leading the new execom is Romar Sese, a PhD student in Tsukuba University and FAST's current public information officer. Christmas Party and Election of New Officers
